booked packers and movers service via no broker to transfer within same apartment different floor and also requested for early carton to be delivered. this person called the previous day and changed the appointment time , also when came , he came with 10 cartons instead of 21 and said they will use multiple times to move the items, initially 4 persons came and after an hour or so all went out and only one moved which was fine but after completion they randomly added 15 more big cartons, 15 gunny bags and few others , we did not have accountability for the initial 21 cartons , as he mentioned he will re use, the photos uploaded as completed by him was from different apartment and not ours , no bubble wrap was done as per the booking , damaged the washing machine (which i saw later) and expected me to pay 3K first and when i refused and asked to add all in no broker app for accountability he added multiple things here and there and brought the amount to 12K from initial 7K , after a point i decided let me speak with no broker but did not get any positive reply and they just mentioned 500rs for the damage which i declined. This person is a scamster , for folks who are booking, please ask the overall items breakup and cost upfront before they move a single item
